Is executing FBI agents part of the Republican platform?

In an attempt to out MAGA each other, Republican candidates are turning the crazy up to 11. Here Florida State House candidate Luis Miguel says under his new plan you'll be able to execute FBI, and IRS agents.

Seems reasonable. The county Sheriff has legal jurisdiction via the constitution. The FBI, IRS, and ATF are constitutionally illegal organizations that are claiming to be police and are going to people’s homes armed. In Florida we have Castle Doctrine. If someone is impersonating a police officer and trying to force their way into your home, then they are in the act of a home invasions and you have good reason to shoot them dead. Where is the hang up in your head? It all comes down to if the Florida legislature decouples from the FBI/DOJ. Right now it would not be legal to shoot them, but there are many legislators that do not want federal agents in the state. The state has the constitutional authority over policing within the state. Most of the people agree that federal agents need to leave. If Florida laws are passed on the subject, then it would be perfectly legal to defend your home from armed criminal organizations that are violating Florida law and the Constitution of the United States of America.

This means if elected to office he plans to propose legislation in the Florida House of Representatives that would prevent federal agents from entering Florida's borders. There are many other House reps in Florida with the same idea. Thus legislation on the matter is very likely to move forward.

I am obviously against this but I can understand what he's thinking. I am strongly against the FBI raid against Trump. That is unacceptable. It's suspicious and needs to be investigated. What this guy was possibly trying to do is rile up his base that he doesn't even have. He was trying to gain publicity. But he obviously went way too far.

And no, it's not part of the republican platform.

Overthrowing the federal government and booting them out is the patriotic thing to do. 250 years ago when they did it, "patriot" is literally what they were called. This country was founded on that principle and we need to keep that spirit alive.

The US government is like a cancer and a foreign invader. It's a civic duty and patriotic to get rid of it.

Replace it with nothing. Like the country was originally meant to be. The original US wasn't anarchy. It's just that the states had the highest level of government. The original US didn't have a central government. It didn't have a Congress. It didn't have a president.

Yes, it had some issues to be worked out, but creating a central government wasn't the only possible solution and almost wasn't approved.

I don't mind a union of states. But yes they should be autonomous. The original US was a confederation of states. So they had strong ties and cooperation. They just didn't have a central authority.
