By that logic, North Carolina- the entire point of overturning Roe V Wade was that federal judges CAN'T rule on what should be a state issue; it'd get laughed out of any court that follows the news.

It is an incremental process. Next will be to shorten time as data comes in from 10-14 days heart forms to what happens up to 20 weeks..,

I think only the states that are the most conservative will actually ban or restrict abortion, that sound to be why North Carolina could. Hopefully none of the liberal ones restrict.
