Inclusion. Put them to work on things they can feel appreciated for alongside diverse people who they can in turn appreciate. I think the fact that our job creators have created so much meaningless work is a real problem. Almost no one is so challenged that they appreciate whatever help they can get and because that's rare when it does happen, instead of feeling appreciative, often they feel inadequate.

None of this would be instant, of course. But it is the only civil way. A more Darwinian way would be to just arrest racists. Keep them poor and they will reproduce less and have less influence over the kids they do have. Provide opportunities for their kids to leave the nest early to join one of the aforementioned inclusive environments and the problem would go away pretty fast. As racist as the US is I contend it is actually the least racist country in the world. The reason you don't see a lot of racial violence in nother countries is because there aren't a lot of other races in other countries. And when people of other races are in that country, almost none of them are poor. Only the US has spent several decades trying, however badly, to live with poor minorities. That's a big deal and a head start over the greatest obstacle to true inclusion that no other country has.

To an extent, absolutely.

Any misinformation and hostility can be dangerous. At a core we could all, all of us regardless of race, agree to no longer be silly. That is of course obvious, reasonable and unrealistic to a point it will never happen.

Racism is however increasingly rare the more well educated and informed people are. It also takes a deep dive the more integrated we are, on a personal level, with other people. So upping the quality of education, including some simple "Here's how to use your brain logically" classes would go a long way.

It is also worth noting that incentive has to exist for people to take personal action. If one needs it and another does not, while the one not in need might have an easier time solving the issue they are also less likely to do so. As such if racism is to stop it will likely be because the groups viewed as targeted by racism lead by example.

You generalize like most. People are individuals. You cannot blame everyone for what some people do. I don't know what that pic means but you make the same mistake you hate. The chart is merely a generalization, I never implied differently. However, it highlights that among the races, whites do tend to see all races as equal, while Hispanics, Blacks, and Asians definitely do not. So if the goal is to focus on racism, then it seems logical to focus on the groups with the bigger acceptance gaps.
