Most of them are not, but a lot of older folks sure are. Those are the ones that seem to have been time warped from the Victorian era, just avoid them and you’ll be fine. See those two racist shits on there, below my comment, having tea and hating on Indians? You could take them as an example. Those are the ones who are not open minded enough (nor intelligent enough) to let go of their prejudices.

Having lived in the UK for a year, I can confidently say that you will not face blatant racism from anyone. It may be subtle, but the younger generation is quite nice and welcoming.
