Incels are men who are depressed because they can’t get a girlfriend. MGTOW are men who are afraid of being fucked over in divorce court. MRAs are basically feminist men who want absolute equality, but who think that feminism is really about granting women privileges rather than making things equal.

A lot of the men in those groups are only in those groups because they don’t like the way men are treated. Regardless of whether anybody agrees with them that men are treated badly or have a hard time today, that’s their main motivation.

Sure, some are misogynistic, but that’s not their main motivation. The ones who are misogynists are that way because they think that women are to blame. It’s still not their main motivation.

Also people are anti-feminist for different reasons. A lot of people in the above group are only anti-feminist because they see feminists as anti-man, not because they don’t want equality, they do. The only anti-feminists protesting against abortion are trad-cons.

"Incels", if we are to use the term properly, are involuntarily celibate people. They don't have any agenda other than wishing they could get laid, and certainly not one that has anything to do with abortion.

MRM fights for men's rights, period. Again, nothing to do with abortion. They do, however, advocate for men's reproductive rights (i. e., paper/financial abortions), and that is sort of related to abortion in the sense that it is obviously unfair for women to have the legal right to walk away from parental responsibilities but not men.
