Why isn't only fans illegal?

It acts sort of like file sharing sites/music sharing sites, like limewire and morpheus. You can just steal the content, and share it, and many people with onlyfans have even got fired because of their content from their day jobs.

How is only fans, not illegal. Metallica SUED Napster, so why hasn't anybody sued ONLYFANS

There's a substantial difference here. File sharing sites like Limewire (I'm old) aren't being used by artists themselves. They're being used by people who have the files and spread them to everyone else for free. I could see your point if OnlyFans was like a permanent "The Fappening" site where people just posted leaked content, but it isn't. The creators own what they sell, and make money off it it. If somebody steals it, it becomes a separate issue that doesn't interfere with the stated business model of the website.

But it happened, and happens often. I know lots of sites/people that steal their content, and like i said, one of the models, got in trouble and fired from her day job, because someone stole and posted her content, since her day job told her, DONT USE ONLYFANS, since really in actuality, it's illegal

I don't understand what you're saying here. OnlyFans isn't illegal. And stealing content isn't a problem for OnlyFans. Your argument is like saying that Chevrolet should be banned because people steal cars.

Well, shouldn't it? I mean, it's providing cars, but people steal them, so, Chevrolet loses profits. Why should they exist then?

... because the cars are already purchased by the victim of theft before the theft? Chevrolet makes their money before the theft occurs. Unless you're saying that anyone who sells their car or loses their car to theft owes the value of their car a SECOND time to Chevrolet, thereby inflating the overall price 2x? I almost can't believe that this is a real question.

If you're talking about cars being stolen off the lot before they're even sold, then all you have to do is look at a the financial records; do they make more profit than they lose through faulty or stolen product? If so, then being in business is worth it because more money is better than less money.

If they're stealing it off the lot, and then selling it to make their own profit, then it is illegal not only on the person stealing but, chevy as well. they allowed the person to steal the car, because CHEVY EXISTS IN THE FIRST PLACE

Its a platform for content creators to sell their content. And i am pretty sure these creators will eventually get banned if they sell stolen content.

As for sueing, its mainly these creators who have the right to sue sites like megaupload for providing the cloudspace for others to up and download their content for free.

I was reading articles about how a lot of the girls will sell "customs", but when you ask them for a custom vid. they'll not only charge you for it, but then when you ask where it is, they disappear after you've paid them. You could technically sue them then

In this case its just a simple scam, which can happen anywhere on the internet.
You can go to the police and tell them you got scamed.

And maybe, by contacting customer service of onlyfans, they will ban that particular individual.
