Help what do I do?

People keep harassing me over something that completely out of my control. They interfere with my relationships isolate me give power to my enemies to destroy me they always target me when am about to prosper they bully me because they rather torture me than take the high rode and move on they make it impossible to call the police or get help I can't escape. Please help me with your advice
