You're absolutely right!! i DO wear skirts sometimes!! I've seen other guys wearing them, too!1 I'm practically famous for doing it! From about 1986 onwards, I've been wearing a skirt on stage for the following 20 years! To my fans, the skirt is one of the main attractions to the show! They actually get disappointed if I DON'T wear one!! The thing is, you can't even see it until I get up from behind my drums. I've also heard that other drummers started doing it, too!!
I just wish a lot more guys would do it! They WANT to but, they're afraid! The thing is, the more they WOULD do it, the more it'd become the norm, again!! Just like how it was scandalous 100 years ago for women to wear pants!! As of the `60's, who cares? Just imagine, if guys took the ball I started rolling back in the `80's and they all started wearing skirts, it'd be perfectly normal as of about 8 years ago!!
If I EVER have kids, the boys are gonna be just as free to wear skirts as the girls are to wear pants!!

But if it ain't then my thoughts are I don't really care, I don't see myself wearing because it doesn't sound like my style.

I think I give it 50/50 whether you actually mean this, or have simply figured that more men in skirts will mean more skirts with pockets.

No thank you. I’d much rather men’s cothing had a much more wide variety of colors and patterns like women’s clothing, because we pretty much just get natural tones and stuff and it’s getting boring.
Skirts were ORIGINALLY meant for men. Women have feminized them, to make it seem like they're only for women

As my profile pic shows I am a great advocate of men wearing skirts and dresses. Men that don't, will not believe what they are missing. I have 3 pairs of trousers and a total of around 170 skirts and dresses.
