They aren't encouraged to use that word.

However, no one should say that word and leave the past in the past. The word, no matter how you slice it, seems to create exclusion.

As a black person, I would love to say that after all black Americans have been through, we deserve to have at least 1 word that nobody can use but us.

The truth is, two wrongs don't make a right; and it never will. Put down the race game. Because the truth is your grandkids at some point will probably be another race.

by the way it kills me to see people on the comment section joke about this knowing that I've seen them be racist. "PurplePoppy" for one. I've seen her with my own 2 eyes call black girls chimps. "Don't chimp out"

Because everyone is allowed to say it.
Claiming special priviledges, such as the right to exclusive use of words based on skin colour is racist.

Which particular N word do you mean?
If the word in question is negro then it's because it's the Spanish word for black.
If the word in question is n** then they quite possibly shouldn't be using it.
If the word in question is nugifilutabesitación then it's quite possible that they don't use it at all.

If you mean "negro" it is because that is Spanish for the color "black." If you mean the other "N" word, anyone can use it but certain people should not be surprised if they lose a few teeth by doing so.

  Just left the Crew. The did not "No Hablo" is all i got from that question. that means that they never say the "N" Word!!! They have kids/family and know me well but still wouldn't say... answer the questions besides WIDE EYED... deer in headlights look ;-)
