People like individuality. We are different in some way but experimentally we are boringly similar. This is why these sites work…”what did you do when this happened to you OR am I the only one”. I think that’s what people mean. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I don't like it either, but there have been times that I thought "wait, people think this is normal?" or "I like something and the people around me do not. Am I that that weird?" And then I can ask me that question to find someone I can relate to.
