Uh, very hard to tell from just that one sentence. Could be though. Is she mentioning the government with the g//v? That is what I am guessing. I don't see any mention of an actual conspiracy, so you might want to give her benefit of doubt right now.

It is possible that she is though. I would look for more proof on insta. If she is a conspiracy theorist, she is likely to have posted much more content that would point to her being one.

One post would not make me think she is one though. That is why I say give her the benefit of doubt if you like her. Maybe she just had a bad day and mouthed off on social media.

You never know. Again, I would look for a pattern of those types of statements. It is unlikely to be just that one. Usually, conspiracy theorists cannot stop talking about that stuff.

She sometimes says how she doesn't want to get erased whatever that means. She also said she got perma banned somewhere for spreading "misinformation" but what could this be possibly?

I wouldn’t say she’s necessarily a conspiracy theorist, she just knows what she wants and speaks up about it. She doesn’t want the kind of man that is now entering adulthood; the soft nurturing caring easily offended weak effeminate soy swilling metro. She probably had a masculine alpha male as a father, which is the example she has of what a man is supposed to be, and is disappointed in what is generally available to her in the modern west.
