No it’s pretty obvious they are communists that are prodding on Blacks to war. In guerrilla warfare you take territory by disrupting local governments and law via political assassinations and rigged elections and then temporarily maintain that territory by making deals with local gangs that you recruit to hold the territory for you. You let them run a criminal empire that terrorizes and subdues the local population. The population doesn’t know you made this secret deal to terrorize them. The gangs don’t know they are just cannon fodder set up to die for you. As you take more territory, you revisit old territory with new men you have recruited and go to the people of the community and offer a solution. You say it’s horrible how gangs have taken over your community and causes so much crime and death. I can solve your problem for you (even though I secretly created it) and assassinate these gangs. We will normalize your area and install new leadership… You act as the hero so that you gain the trust of the locals by solving their problem that you created and rise to power as their new political officials. That’s how it works on a very basic level. Blacks are just too stupid to realize that they are being set up as the patsy.
