Imagine you became a modern day warlord, how would you organize and lead a society?

Imagine if your country disintegrated and you were now the new leader of your city or province (your state if you're American).

How would people receive their schooling? What careers would be available to what people, if not to everyone and would they be able to move up the economic ladder?

As for the government, would you remain cooperative with the remaining weak government your country still has or would you be more of a rebel/insurgent type? What sorts of precedents or traditions would you want to set for future rulers?

I think most people think of warlords as an ancient antiquated concept but there has been countries that has had to deal with them such as Afghanistan and Liberia in recent decades. What would you do?

Well first of all you would become my 10th concubine. Other than that I am a reasonable person.

I would remove lots of subjects and useless materials from school. Teaching them useful stuff such as engineering, farming, science, etc. Optional arts and humanities and other subjects they can study if they have free time.

All students of legal age must learn how to use guns and would be encouraged to criticize my mistake. For example, if I try to take the 11th concubine they can object. 10 is the limit alright.

Every student must learn about the constitution and their rights. Constitution will pretty much remain the same. Might clarify that even laser deathrays are allowed in the 2nd amendment other than that it will remain pretty much the same.

I would dismantle the old standing army and police system. Police chiefs in each district would have a review system. If the population didn't like the police chief. He would be demoted. If the police have a lot of complaints from citizens. They might lose their job. No one would have a permanent job despite criminal activities. If anyone even from the police or army committed a major crime they would be sacked and punished like ordinary citizens.

Make clear laws to maintain freedom of speech online and offline.

I would create new money backed by Gold. And phase out the fiat system.

Would bring back republican tradition and democracy. Abolish the warlord system and bring back the elections.

Then go spend the rest of my time with the concubines in Hawaii.
