Will the southern Conservative states leave the union if we abolish the electoral college that gives them the power to decide who leads the US?

Actually, the electoral college gives YOU the power to lead THEM. The states are supposed to be independent, as we are the United States, not the singular state. And based on population, many liberal states have more power than conservative states.

Think of it like a neighborhood of 4 houses. 3 of the houses have 2 residents, and one of the houses has 10 residents. If the house with 10 residents says "we think eating meat is wrong, and we don't think anyone in this neighborhood should do it." And let's say the other 3 household, comprised collectively of 6 people, disagree with the household of 10. Is it fair for the household of 10 to force other households to abide by their "no meat-eating" ideals? Is it actually their place to govern how other people act in their own houses?

No that would be you leaving the United States, being that the United States is a federation of states tied together by a compact (contract) called the constitution. Article II outlines the electoral college. If you violate the contract, you are in breach (i. e. in violation of the law) and are separating yourself from the obligations of the agreement you made with the other states.

Being that the constitution makes no provision for secession and you are obliged under all circumstances to remain in the union, I suppose that would be covered under tort and your state would be legally liable for loss or harm resulting from your actions.

Most likely. You would have essentially taken away their voice by doing that since most of the deep blue types live in the most heavily populated areas living in an abusive relationship with their government and the police but they vote for them anyway.
