It depends if someone means actual misogny or women disliking how they're treated because they're awful people, but they excuse it as "misogny." I think mistreating women has definitely gone down, especially since nowadays, even criticizing someone awful, who happens to be female, can get you canceled for supposed "sexism."

Hard to say, but I'd say increased, as I think people probably just hate each other more.

Misandry exists too and is also increasing, it's just not talking about because society always makes men look like the bad guys and acts as if women are perfect.

Anyone who disagrees with any woman for any reason is now defined as a misogynist. I voted for Tulsi Gabbard in the primary and Jo Jorgensen in the general election. An educated idiot cousin told me this was misogynistic because I only vote for women with no realistic chance of winning.

The problem with that term is its so incredibly misused that it has no meaning any more. Disagree with a woman... Misogyny.. Have differing beliefs than radical leftists and feminists.. Misogyny.. And so on. When the term only means hatrid of women.. Which just is not that common any more. Misandry on the other hand is definitely on the rise, especially from women who say things like "kill all men" and the like.
