Yeah, maybe so... That was the entire intent of Critical Race Theory (CRT)/"Anti-Racism". If you ever read their dogma, you'd know that was what they were aiming for. In their minds they think they are justified in being evil to innocent people based on their skin color so as to train White people what racism is… They start from the assumption that all White people are racist, but don’t know it yet. So they want to inflict racism on White people so that White people know what racism is. They operate under the assumption that White people are weak like them and that White people will feel oppressed and victimized, and thus have an epiphany that oh my god I’ve been racist all this time and this is what it feels like for other people, I have learned the error of my ways and I will change how I act. Communist are dumb as shit, but that is how they think because they are communist and they think everyone wants to fit into a commune. They think people need to belong and if they are outcast they will beg to get back into the group. They don’t understand the independent spirit of strong men that made this world they get to enjoy living in. They don’t understand leadership. They don’t understand the independence of freedom. It’s outside their scope of understanding. So, sure maybe we are treated like segregated people, but that’s not slowing us down one bit. We don’t have out hand out begging for treats like a lost dog. You can’t beat us down, we’re too fucking strong. We don’t care if you like us. We run shit and we know it. We don’t need you. You want to fuck off and have your own club, then be gone. If you self segregate, you only hurt yourself.

You have no clue what you're up against. You're S. O. F. T.

Candance is just stating facts. It's reality. I am... literally the new N word.

Huh?
As someone who lives among the minority groups. Straight white men are denigrated on a spiritual level.
Meaning, a lot of black people see themselves as the true children of God. And white people, white men even more specifically, are soulless empty shells.
Black people and Hispanic people where I'm from view white people like this. And it's pretty wide spread in my experience.
Women do the same for men. Women claim that men don't have enough emotions and that makes men soulless robots while women are the "real" human beings.
It's basically oppressed minority groups doing mental gymnastics to convince themselves of their own value, in a world or society which values money above all else.
And white men have the most money.
So I say yes, there is a degree where white males are unfairly discriminated against. But it's mostly in the hearts and minds of minority people. But in practice, they don't have the power to deny white people jobs or such things like that, that is typically defined as discrimination.
They feel a lot of hate and they rationalize a way for themselves to feel superior. And this is definitely a clearly growing trend.
Maybe some day they will be in positions of power and the tables truly will turn.
And I'm not saying such a thing is justified. It's all low level caveman bullshit. People need to stop with the fucking tribalism.11 Reply- +1 y
Back during slavery or Jim Crowe, there was still the belief that black people were inferior in some way.
It stems from how USA defined what makes someone human. And blacks were not considered human in the same way whites were.
So now we have minority groups doing their mental gymnastics to relegate themselves as the real humans, and the evil rich white man, as sub human devils.
6K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Eh, it's kind of slanted double speak to put it that way. What has actually happened is we have elevated black people to the status of poor white people. And then we've put an array of roadblocks in place to impede any effort to stop poor people from ascending the socioeconomic ladder. The reason we have done this is because in order to be extremely rich a lot of other people need to be poor - doing all the work that makes one rich in exchange for far less than their fair share. But the way the rich convinced poor white people to allow those roadblocks to be put in place is by promising it will slow black people from ascending.
But it is true that poor white people (being straight or male has nothing to do with it) are basically treated like black people were under segregation, just as poor black people are. However, poor white people keep voting for Republicans who promise only to keep it that way, so they have only themselves to blame. Or rather they should, which is why the billionaires fund places like fox News to contrive some narrative that blames anyone else. It's bizarre that anyone falls for the idea that some other obscure thing is what anyone should be talking about when discussing the plight of poor whites, instead of the very simple fact that rich people are using the racism of poor whites to manipulate them into giving the rich all the money the poor work earn.20 Reply400 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. OK I'm definitely one to criticize the left for essentially trying to blame all societal ills on male-ness and white-ness. Basically creating a bogeyman so that they don't have to look with nuance and realize that they themselves are as much participants in all of this as anyone else, and that most of the evils they attribute to Western culture are very much NOT some weirdly unique thing to Western culture. That is the same scientific racism we have always seen: Attributing specific behavioral traits to a set of physical traits.
But in absolutely no way am I treated anywhere NEAR how a black person was treated during segregation. The mere comparison is hilarious.21 Reply- +1 y
it's a bit more nuanced than that. I'm not on the left but I do follow a few progressive media channels and you remind me of this vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P9-Ixvf4Jdw

but this video alone (and there are others like it) was enough to convince me that we are sort of heading toward that direction:10 ReplyShe's somewhat right, and I don't even like Candace Owens or want to agree with her. The DIFFERENCE, however, is that most Americans don't think this way; it's the mainstream media, Hollywood, and corporations spreading these hate flames and being bigoted. So it's not quite the same, but the open bigotry is there.

I am in eligible for the best and easiest to get scholarships, I’m have to fight twice as hard to get into the best schools, I am in eligible to live in certain housing areas that are convenient to campuses, I am not as easily forgiven for low effort or bad workmanship, and nobody has ever offered me reparations for how my ancestors were treated when both sides of my family got here. There will never be positive quotas for straight white males, though I foresee a cap coming in the future. And Congress exists to give the illusion of choice. But since were on the subject of Congress, why is there a congressional black caucus but not a congressional white caucus?

And do you know anyone alive that dealt with that shit? I can go back 100's of years and blame the British for locking my people down and oppressing me. The British still doing that shit though? Honestly. I mean... really?

Segregation wasn't made illegal until 1964... That was 58 years ago...
- +1 y
Exactly...58 years ago, yet the ones keeping it alive as if it were yesterday are not over 58 years old.
- +1 y
On top of that my Great grand mother, Grand mother, and my Mom had nothing to do with that shit like at all... but I should be held responsible because of the color of my skin alone?
- +1 y
@D_Bone_Steak and white men are not segregated like POC were during the time or segregation...
Are you forced to sit at the back of the buss and then lynched if you dont? I dont think so.. - +1 y
@D_Bone_Steak the question wasn’t are white people today responsible the question was what do you think about Candace Owens saying some dumb shit like that
- +1 y
... and okay, let's say your like fuck whyte people... just why in the fuck do Asians get the same discrimination as whyte people? Denied a job so Tyrone gets a chance? I'm calling bullshit. The southern border is open, and the Biden administration just put the 'remain in Mexico' policy back in place, but only for Venezuelans... because they don't vote the right way. Tell me, what's going on with any of that? I'm open ears.

@SmokinAces2000 What was so dumb about what Candance said?
- +1 y
@D_Bone_Steak so you honestly believe that you are treated like black people were treated during segregation?
- +1 y
@SmokinAces2000 Sometimes yes. A 100% yes to that. In most situations, though people do the normal ignoring of each other no matter who they are. There are those situations though where you get told to go to the back or not do this or that, simply because you are white.
- +1 y
@D_Bone_Steak “There are those situations though where you get told to go to the back or not do this or that simply because you are white” Like what?
- +1 y
@SmokinAces2000 OMG you want specific examples. Look dude I've been jumped just for being white. I could lay out countless examples. Way to say you don't believe me without saying you don't believe me. Do you have a point to this interrogation other than getting whitie though?
- +1 y
I would like specific details actually, if you are treated like black people during segregation you should be able to give multiple specific details and as for you getting jumped I’m sorry that happened to you but I don’t know how that makes you think the white experience today is anything like the black experience 60 years ago
- +1 y
@SmokinAces2000 I already know it's pointless to share my stories with you... you've made it clear your intention is to just turn everything around and point out black people had it worse... but that just brings me back to 58 years ago, I'm sure they did have it worse... what about now, where it is me? Counts for jack shit because I'm the wrong color? Don't bother answering that because I can guess your answer is yes. Just stop... get some help. You're part of the reason I wanted to chew this chick out for her ignorant ass statements to begin with.
- +1 y
@D_Bone_Steak the point is that it is certainly not the same, what you have experienced is nothing like what segregation was. You don’t have a segregated bathroom, or water fountain, you’ve never been denied the ability to buy a home or rent because of the color of your skin, you haven’t been run out of town by a lynch mob because they don’t want “your kind” there, or had a cross burned i. Your front yard or fixed to go to segregated school because of the color of your skin…
- +1 y
@D_Bone_Steak I simply asked you to back up the statement that you made but since you don’t want too that leads me to believe that you don’t have anything to back up your claim
- +1 y
@SmokinAces2000 See... I predicted what you were up to and there you are doing it. Just like @Subarugirl is doing you'd just pick it a part and be like "see, you didn't get your ass beat the same way blacks did." Both of you miss the point with that bullshit. Something new is happening right now... it doesn't have to be exactly the same. Racism is still racism. But hey not my problem... I pray that both of you get to experience some culturalization later as you dismiss me now. I was once just like you two...
- +1 y
@D_Bone_Steak so you admit it’s not the same…
- +1 y
@D_Bone_Steak, it’s impossible to argue with racists. They think they’re righteous for defending things that happened to black Americans in the past by defending new ways of racism against whites today. They are unable to view racism against blacks and racism against whites as the same type of racism. If whites were being lynched today they’d probably cheer for it and say it’s what white people deserve when no one deserves that shit. Best thing you and I and anyone else can do instead of pointlessly argue is vote republican. The republicans were the party that abolished slavery in the first place. Democrats are just keeping it going.
- +1 y
For sure... It's why I quit responding to them. They have an obvious agenda and it basically doesn't matter what I say to them...
- +1 y
Exactly. Just focus on the vote in November. They’re just searching for someone to have a never ending argument with because they know their policies and ideologies will cause them to lose the midterm election and eventually the presidency in 24
- +1 y
Amen to that... I'm so sick of these blatant racists that pretend to not be racist thinking they're great and patting each other on the back. I already voted straight red because if these shitty policies and ideologies running this country into the dirt. The only Dems I would have voted for are leaving that party already. It's a sinking ship.
- +1 y
I’m sick of them too. The racists, the misandrists, the sexists, the leftist manipulators. Good on you for voting them out! I’m right behind you. I’m planning on going to my local voting location and voting on the 8th of November. I requested the day off from work to make sure I will be able to make it. Don’t let these people get to you. The anger isn’t worth it. They want us to get angry and say something we will regret so that they can use it against us and attempt to draw in more votes for their causes.
