What do you think of Kanye's tweet about going "death con 3" on Jewish people?

He's gotten a lot of backlash over it, to the point of business ties being cut with him.

People are defending him, saying that it's freedom of speech (except that it's terroristic threatening, which isn't protected by the First Amendment.)

What's your opinion on it?
