Should boys compete in girl sports?

But the worst part is when guys swim or run against girls. They are automatically gonna win.

I think it's incredibly unfair if trans women compete in womens sports and trans men in mens sports - I know people dismiss biology a lot these days but biology is the literal foundation of living and no one can factually dismiss biology when it comes to differences in women and men, especially with things such as testosterone. I mean I don't understand how transitioning works and what hormones does but if trans people can be biologically equal to the gender they transition into then sure compete with them, but if not then no

No. It would be discriminative for girls, as boys are (on average) taller, faster, stronger etc.

That's the sole reason men and women have different cattegories in sports. For example in running - men and women take steps in a different way, have slightly different stature, have different muscles and body fat distribution, different center of balance, different lenght of legs etc. It's all important in sports. That's why single-gender competitions would not be fair for girls.
