y'all I been playin da lottery for a long time now. Ery day, I choose six random numbers between 0 and 49, like coz I wanna floss my mega millions, and y'all know you owes me respiration. So, I be balling like 5, 10, 29, 32, 54 --- bam. Show me da money. Ery day I be playin and who win? Some white folk. I think I heard about a Mexican winning but that was Juan in a million, you feel me? Why can't a black man win the lottery?

No. Its completely random and only depends who is playing and the overall distribution of ethnics among the citizen.

So assuming every one is playing, and you got 1 in 100 citizen having darker skin, while 99 in 100 is having light skin, you will only have light skinned lottery winners, and maybe one in 100 years being dark skinned.

Also chances of winning the lottery are so low its only a special tax for people who are bad at math.

I think it is still illegal for blacks to play. If I'm not mistaken, it's currently in congress. They have to decide how much money they should be allowed to win and what neighborhoods they can move to with that kind of money. It'll probably be heard by the supreme court.

there's more white people in the population and more white people playing the lottery. it's a numbers game. black people win the lottery too but less frequently cause less black people take part in the lottery.
