There’s a toddler that lives in the apartment above me occasionally, and every time it’s over it stomps around and slams things or throws tantrums. Yes toddlers are annoying, but that is to be expected they are learning to become human and at the toddler stage all they care about is themselves until they have picked up the socialisation they need to be apart of that society.
