Why should female sports players get paid the same as men when they lose to 15-year-old boys?

Pay is based on what the market wants. What you or any group or other person believe women should be paid does not determine pay. If advertisers will pay billions of dollars for ads on women sports shown on TV, the top women athletes in those sports will be paid many millions of dollars. If every week, 30 million people will watch TV showing 12 year old boys defeat top women athletes, large corporation will pay huge sums for 30 second ads that those 30 million people see.

One contest doesn't determine much of anything. The women may not been trying to win and were only practicing. What we do know in every distance from 100 meters to 5 k, the women records are less than under age 17 boys and it is not even close. Examples:
100 m Women 10.40s U17 boys 11.2s
800 m Women 1:53.28 U17 boys 1:58.68
5 k Woman 14:06.62 U17 boys 17:44

The matter of pay is around marketability, brand and sponsorship - female, trans or Martian is irrelevant.

Male football has been around for decades and consistently generating billions.

Female football has only been around for a fraction of that, and some months doesn't even have professional games on!

Female tennis does better and does have parity in some if not all contests.

Female football is newer and immature.
