This is why meritocracy dosen't exist in our modern capitalist system. The amount of capital inherent and value over time in stock dosen't help innovation.

I'll be honest I'm inheriting $700,000 here pretty soon. That's called intergenerational wealth. I'm going to use that money to dig for gold in alaska without paying intrest to banks to start things off. That momentum will carry bigger and bigger profits over time.

While everyone else is trying to figure out how to pull themselves by the bootstraps while not having boots to begin with. I can just start a gold mine operation because it sounds fun.
