Sure that will stimulate economic activity in the short term. Problem is doing so makes your children pay the cost for the easy money your using and it's totally unsustainable.

Republican governance, democratic rule be damned. Germany was a highly educated advanced industrial society and it devolved into tyranny. This happened by FIRST electing Nazis to power. No one voted for genocidal maniacs, that crazy was unleashed by not recognizing the warning signs before it was too late.

The economy never did better. Yes there was a period during Covid that the economy was shut down but it made a remarkable comeback. Wages were up and unemployment was down. The only people complaining about his foreign policies were the NATO countries because they had to pay their fair share, China because of tariffs and Mexico and Canada because Trump forced them to renegotiate the NAFTA agreement to be more Favorable to America. He got America out of the Global Warming boondoggle and out of the WHO (AKA the Chinese Health Organization).
