They are putting on a show of it to make it look like they are taking something seriously, but even having won the house they have still expressed no plans to deal with any of the problems they have spent the last 24 months and 10 days campaigning on complaining about. Really? I mean Republicans picked up six seats and now control the House at 218-211. Pelosi lost her seat as Speaker of the House and is stepping down. Democrats maintain a slim lead in the Senate at 50 to 49 but it’s not like Senator Joe Manchin can be reliably counted on to vote with the Democratic Party.
