Nobody knows for sure. He has refused to take a cognitive assessment test and the sad part is that Biden said that he took a test which he never did so he believes that he actually took a test and thinks he passed it. Not a good look for the president of the united states.

No, he hasn't. And to determine otherwise is the job the official WH medical staff. Ever since President Reagan was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, they know what symptoms to look for.
