I've only really seen a few of his speeches publicly and sure there times when he looks tired, or confused but I wouldn't say it looks like full on dementia really, it could just be that he's old and gets tired fast. I work as a nurse in a hospital and we have dementia patients from time to time, also back when I was a nursing assistant I worked in a memory care unit, taking care of people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. I also worked as a nurse in a nursing home for a while. He would have to seem a lot more confused and forgetful to appear to have dementia to me. I can't really diagnose anyone with dementia though because I am a nurse and not a doctor, or psychologist.

I'm not qualified to diagnose any mental health illnesses, but anyone sees a loved one with mental health decline (memory loss, crying spells, suicide thinking, anxiety, mood swings, depression, etc.) should seek help from a professional physician. In my opinion, I believe these mental health clinics should give clients mental health evaluations at least every 4 months.

I don’t know for sure, he seems to have memory problems at times, needs directions to tell him what to talk about, etc., but on the other hand he seems not much less coherent than Harris. I get a kick out of it when she goes into word salad mode. End of empire stuff, that.

He is a total mess. My pet cat is more with it than this guy and he has been dead for 6 years. Biden gets lost on a stage and has to be led by the hand by his wife. Every week there are more gaffes that he makes. He is an embarrassment. The rest of the world is laughing at us.

@msc545 I am very qualified to diagnose dementia. I have seen people with dementia before and Biden is displaying all the same symptoms. The blank expression of his eyes is a good example. It is like the lights are on but nobody's home. The fake news has to provide cover for him. Some people wanted him to take the same mental acuity test that the fake news insisted President Trump take and passed. Biden did not refuse to take the test. Instead he said he already took the test and passed it. Either he was lying or his brain has turned to oatmeal.

I have seen and heard him through several of his European visits, I can see nothing of dementia. He is obviously no spring chicken anymore, but he has definitely above-average fitness for an 80 year-old man.

Dementia or not dementia, it doesn’t matter now as I fully believe he and his son are corrupt. He is too old, can’t even be trusted by his staff to hold interviews and open press conferences, rarely gives a full speech. There are better candidates as he was selected to get the white blue collar voters back in the party.

One for mental competence and dementia. But like I said it doesn’t even matter as there are other deal breaker issues. His own staff indirectly confirms that he has dementia including that they won’t let him speak or be interviewed in anything but controlled softball short discussions with trusted people and even that is rare.

There is no such test. Dementia is a clinical diagnosis. His staff is not competent to diagnose any mental disorders.
