In regards to should he be? Absolutely. He has literally bragged about committing the exact same offenses that Trump was impeached over, in addition to an abundance of corruption charges that are being brought up now, which he hasn't really bragged about so brazenly, but the hard evidence appears to be there.

Will it actually happen? Most likely not. The Republicans will not have enough of a majority to confidently override even their own RINOs, and since they also don't have the Senate, nothing more than campaign ammunition for the next cycle could plausibly come of it. To put it bluntly, Congress creates and determines whether an impeachment should happen entirely because of political convenience, not because it's the right or prudent thing to do. Roughly 80% of all actions taken by any given representative is with reelection campaigning on the mind, first and foremost.

Because of all of the above, there is a 0% chance of anything significant actually happening unless the Democrats decided this was a convenient time to get rid of Joe and replace him. There's a strong chance they will do that, but they'll wait until the 2024 election to keep up the illusion of normalcy as much as possible. Right now, they have to pretend the mid-terms were a win for them, and letting any of their party members stray from the herd would show weakness. Ousting Joe right now would also put Kamala in his place with McCarthy as VP, which pretty much nobody on either side wants.

However they need to establish definitive proof daddy was in on it.

Since we got an FBI like former partisan hacks like Carter Page and a DOJ that asked to investigate parents going to PTO conferences then I have a hard time seeing them pressing charges on Hunter let alone connecting daddy to it. The FBI are the ones who called Mark Zuckerberg to censor a TRUE NYPost story about Hunter’s laptop.

Probably not because impeachment requires considerable votes. As many as the GOP might have, there are a good number of GOPers that realize impeaching Biden would be bullshit - especially when he hasn't done any "high crimes or misdemeanors".
