Recently USA's Pentagon shared a information with India that China will have over 1000 Nukes by 2030 and asked India to Test its H-Bomb to Counter China, What are your Thoughts?

A nuke won't do squat against China that simply having a massive army wouldn't do. Firing one off, on the other hand, WILL piss off many countries that it's India's best interest to keep friendly. This is a losing proposition, even WITHOUT the off-chance of nuclear war destroying civilization.
