Ah, I don't like generalizing but I'll try

• creativity- Many of the men I know are good at coming up with good ideas, even if it's for minor things to keep themselves entertained with. Many positives innovations around the world were created by guys
• Communication- Most guys I know are pretty good communicators, especially with other guys. They usually talk in a straightforward, usually blunt, manner and don't have to worry about wasting 10 hours on a conversation that goes nowhere.
• competitiveness- Talking about friendships, I think the competitive side of guys also deserve some level of acknowledgment as well. Some times it's weird seeing guys fight viciously with each other just to be completely ok with each other 5 seconds later. In general, I guess guys tend to be more competitive with each other, with or without any hard feelings existing.
• Custody- Yes, I know that not every guy ends up being a good parent/caretaker, but there's also many fathers that do their absolute best with their children. There's plenty of dads who work hard to provide for their children and spend many hours with them, supporting their kids. I think good dads need to be appreciated more.
• compassion- I think this is self-explanatory, many guys are genuinely very kind people. Obviously, it goes both ways since women can also be very kind, I think it's usually the way that compassion is shown is different.
• conservation- (Yes, I'm trying to use all c words for this lol) This kind of goes in hand with the previous one, protection. Many guys try to protect their family and their community. The danger doesn't necessary need to be a deadly one but there's no shortage of stories of guys dying to save other people or protecting others too.
