I see people entertaining other people on a priority basis. How do you do that?

I treat every person with the same priority. Or did.

But, now, I think I need to change my approach as other people clearly do not use this approach.

How do people do this?

My priorities are..

My son.

A woman (If I'm in a relationship)

Guys I do business with who owe me money for something.

Then everybody else.

Suppose if you are doing some work. And you get a call. Will you attend the call based on the priority of that person?

Yeah.
My son is my responsibility and I'm all he has so I will always go when he needs me.
There's certain other people that are annoying at times and They are so low on my priority list that I may text them back 3 days later sometimes.
