I'd say I'm a moderate right-leaning libertarian. I just wanted some conservative perspectives on a republican president who used the executive branch more than other Republicans have in the past.

Most conservative (voters) more than likely don't think about Teddy hardly at all, but virtually all like his foreign policy, both in terms of putting the needs of the US first, and strong-armed diplomacy as a preference to war (in both cases more or less identical to Trump's policies).
In regards to domestic issues, he would be significantly less popular. His track record of trust-busting and breaking up monopolies has generally not been popular particularly among the more libertarian-minded business proponents, but support for large companies has all but dissolved in the last few years. The federal government also expanded very dramatically under his administration, which later allowed presidents such as Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt to expand and abuse it more. Teddy also returned to politics to run against his own former vice president and successor, which screwed both of them out of the office. He was also an ardent proponent of the US committing to the Great War, which would be wildly unpopular given the parallels to the current war in Ukraine.
more or less, I think this was what I expected ๐ I just wanted other conservative perspectives on Teddy. I generally look upon him favorably. yes I know he extended the federal government's role but some of that stuff was necessary. But it did open the door to the corruption of the Wilson and FDR administrations ๐
You make a big point, though: support of big businesses have all but dissolved. We need a Teddy right now. These big businesses are able to control the culture and narrative because they've gotten so big. I yearn for a Teddy right now...
