From experience, I can say that spending time in a crowd does not take away your loneliness. The social skills you have hardly do anything in that.

I live with my girlfriend. When I am not at home, I am working in an office with 12 other workers, or at church with friends who I have known for 22 years, or with my mother and stepfather. No, I never have a chance to feel lonely.

I didn't always have access to porn when I was a virgin either. My mom would have whipped my ass if she ever found porn in my room as a kid. If you do nothing y, start doing pushups. Do 100 a day. If you can't do more than 5 at a time then do 5, 20 different times throughout the day.
