Eh, maybe a little. But as the Great Luke Ski noted, "Growing older doesn't mean you abandon what you love". Letting generalized social expectations determine what you do sounds like basically the opposite of maturity- if you're self-supporting, then under most circumstances, you're doing fine.

I'm not sure, I still enjoy them and I am much older than you. I never really looked at it as "childish" but more of something that I enjoyed.

My thing is, we should focus more on ourselves and our opinions about ourselves, not the other way around. You know?

Do what makes you happy. Screw what they say/think especially if it has no effect of them.

I guess it depends what childish you are talking about, not immature or silly but I guess it's something a child would enjoy or do, you shouldn't stop doing it just cause it's childish, I believe a better word is childlike.

We don't let go of the children we were. We just learn new, more sophisticated tricks as adults.

I can't say it is. My parents own many. I have some, but my cats tear them up.
