If you use White people as the baseline being that they are the majority of the population and then consider all minorities when adjusted for populations, you'll find that Hispanics commit violent crimes at 1.83 times the rate of non-latin Whites. For Blacks this number is 4.52 times the rate of Whites. For Native American/Alaskan Natives it is 4.23 times the rate of Whites. For Hawaiian/Pacific Islander it is 3.13 times the rate of Whites. For Asians it is 0.41 times the rate of Whites. All minority populations are violent criminals when compared to the base population with the exception of Asians who actually abide by the law better than the base White population.

The Federal Beureau of Prisons also puts out statistics on their inmate populations if you want to check that as well. Obviously more serious crimes stay in the population for longer periods. The two main populations of inmates are Blacks and Hispanics even though they are both minority populations. Blacks are in prison 6.82 times the rate of Whites. Hispanics are in prison 3.69 times the rate of non-Latin Whites. Native Americans are in prison at 2.13 times the rate of Whites. Asians are in prison at 0.58 times the rate of Whites.
