Between undoing the corruption under Harding's administration and helping usher in the roaring 20s you'd think he'd get more love not to mention I've heard people say he was good for social rights.

One theory I have:

He was libertarian. Social activist elites love authoritarians (as much as they say they don't). And maybe some of his deregulation could've been responsible for the depression (heard this one before).
