Secret documents that he was not supposed to have and that he claimed had been returned were found still in his possession and returned to the proper repositories. He has used his wealth to slow down proceedings against him, but he continues to eventually lose them. The question now is will he manage to flee to Kim Jong Un before he is incarcerated.
He has made most of his money from enterprises that are listed as separate from his personal income and those enterprises and the people he pays to run them have been charged and some are in prison.

@exitseven he did not increase the supply at all. Biden did increase supply by releasing reserves. That's to say basic economics more supply will help lower prices but remember the government does not set oil prices on a global commodity. The oil companies can charge whatever the market will bear to profit as much as possible. It is their primary function and legal and fiduciary responsibility to make as much profit as possible. The president can't make them lower or raise prices.
