I have been in the negative side on my bank account multiple times and I'm talking about -$9.00 dollars, -$14.00 dollars and I think one time -$33.00 dollars and through that I was still a happy person but just feeling a bit uncomfortable at that particular moment til it changed.
Money doesn't determine my happiness as I been on both sides of having more than enough money to meet all my needs and desires and been super broke and still remained the same but I would say having a bank account that is looking healthy provides me with a decent amount of comfort vs being dirt broke that you can't buy ish not even to eat and have to ask your mom for money.
Some of the happiest times in my life was when I was flat broke. I don't think you need a lot of money to be happy. Just enough to pay your bills. I think most of America's problem in this area is it's consumerist nature. Having said that, I'm glad America is this way. It's America's need to spend, spend, spend, buy, buy, buy. That lines my pockets. So, thank you America! 🙂
The only difference between now and when I was unemployed and broke is that there are bags under my eyes now.
i mean it's not the only determiner but it's one of them yeah

Only if you don't have enough money, in this case you have worries, wether you can afford rent/food/clothes/bills/...
To some degree yes, because if I am able to have some money saved up I feel more secure.
No, but it certainly helps in either direction.
It does. If it was zero I would not be happy.
No but it helps with your peace of mind and reduce stress.
not at all it's the amount you spend and what it on that brings happiness in the end.
I don't like having too much money in the bank. Money in the bank benefits the bank, not me.
No, not in the slightest.
no, never has... I was raised differently
