They missed the part where Biden was asked to return them, but refused.
And they also neglected to mention how Biden got his lawyer to lie about it once they were returned.
I mean, it was EXACTLY the same situation as Trump’s right? So that mean Biden must have done EXACTLY the same things Trump did, yes?

It's not the same as Trump but I get what you're saying. There is a question as to whether or not Trump, as president, had the authority to have those documents. There is absolutely NO question that what Biden did is a crime. He was V. P.

If he had the authority you claim, why would he need his lawyer to lie and say all the files were given back? It appears that even Trump knew he wasn’t following the law. If he had any authority to have those documents in his possession to leave laying around where ever he saw fit, he would have simply told them ”suck it, I’m within my rights.”
But he didn’t do that. He choose to play find them if you can. And find them they did.
As for Biden, if it was criminal, prosecute him. 🤷♀️
Again, there is absolutely no question what Biden did was a crime. As for Trump, obstruction of justice is an entirely different issue. Didn't you learn that during the 5 plus years of Russia, Russia, Russia?
This is much different than what happened with Trump. Why? Trump was POTUS when he took the documents and had constitutional power to not only declassify but to decide who had access if he left the classification in place. Either way, there was no crime there. Biden was VP and had no such authority. Unless Mr. Obama granted him authority, Biden did commit a crime.
