If I do 30 minutes cardio 5 days a week with some light weight sets as is that enough or should I aim for everyday

Not enough to lose weight but enough to keep it steady. If you wanna lose weight your gonna wanna aim for at least an hour or two. But if your not overweight then that is probably good enough.
