I stopped working out due to my mother fighting cancer as I was the one who took care of her, and no longer had the time to workout as I had to have my eyes and ears on here at every moment just in case something happened while she was actively doing chemotherapy everyday.

I would suggest you to start visiting the gym. Home workouts are great but gym is just better... And dont be afraid to lift heavy a lot of girls dont even increase their weights which is a huge mistake. You will just get stuck in one place if you do that.
I have a home gym that my dad made sure was fully equipped recently, since I work and the gym in my area closes at 8pm and Iām off at 9. Since Iām starting to work out again Iām not starting off heavy.
Oh right I didn't know you have equipped gym at home. I would love that too tbh š
And yeah I didn't mean you have to start heavy its actually smart to start with lover weights just make sure to increase them when they stop feeling heavy for you.

But I do agree either way being stuck if I only stay at lifting the same weight as I workout over time. I used to do boxing and could lift a big sum, but would like to start getting into the groove first before getting back into boxing
