Any tips on working out?

I stopped working out due to my mother fighting cancer as I was the one who took care of her, and no longer had the time to workout as I had to have my eyes and ears on here at every moment just in case something happened while she was actively doing chemotherapy everyday.
Now that she is cancer free šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰
I want to get back into working out, I have my weights and prefer to workout at home as I did before, but need a bit of tips.
Please be kind and give honest tips 😃
