Caloric deficit, eat less calories than you’re supposed to for your intended weight and height. But, the foods that you do eat such be healthy. Also don’t eat past 7pm. Find a workout plan that suits you and your schedule. But, to build your stamina, start on the treadmill first! Also, don’t do too much in one day because you’ll strain yourself physically and mentally. Have set days where you focus on your legs, arms, back, etc. also, to keep yourself motivated, have someone go with you and to spot you! I recommend someone who’s already into working out and knows how to use the machines properly. Also write down what you ate, the time you ate, and the overall calories, and your weight each day, so you can see how you’re improving. Just stay committed because results are not going to be immediate. Good luck you got this! Also you always have to have a good workout playlist with thats songs that motivate you!

Don't choose a diet like the liquid diet. In the morning, drink lemon water (squeeze a lemon and mix it in warm or hot water). Consume low-calorie foods for breakfast. For example: 2 eggs, some cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, olives and a handful of walnuts, but not to exaggerate. For afternoons, you can choose light fruit: apple or pear, etc. Pineapple has an oil-burning feature and you can consume it. Eat a vegetable meal in the evening and use olive oil for every meal. Avoid salt, sugar, oil and pastry. Breakfast should be consumed between 7-9. There should be at least 4-4.5 hours between each child. Food should not be consumed after 21:00 in the evening, because digestion stops at that hour and everything you eat is stored as fat. And walk if possible, even half an hour walking will be enough.
Go on all liquid diet basically by ordering protein powder and vitamin powder potassium And making your own liquid diet 6 with it you could have easily all the nutrients you need with only a 1000 calories. Then do a lot of cardio. Weight training any problem could lose about 2 pounds of fat a week doing this as you gain muscles well. Also once a week or every other week have a cheat meal where you just eat whatever you want. As much as you want it helps keep your calorie burn high because if you don't have a cheat meal your body goes into survation mode and your metabolism drops way down
Stop eating sugar or just processed one. It does wonders.
