    Calisthenics & weight training from home. I also recently started shadow boxing & practicing more force behind my punches by punching a foam mattress I have (since I don't have a punching bag). Didn't realize before just how much back is involved in punching. Now, I make sure to only do it on back day when I do my pullups.

      Nah I've never tried it irl. I do have that "thrill of the fight" game on the quest though. 🤣 I'd probably only spar if I really planned on fighting but I mainly do this for the cardio.

      bro I woke up today with a nose bleed and I wasn't even getting punched in the head so imagine what that would be like 🤣🤣 I really don't think I'm compatible with that as much as I'd enjoy it

      Nah 🤣 Last night was a great night of sleep. But I'm okay with not doing sports tbh. I'm good with just training with weights & practicing fighting combinations for the cardio & if I have to defend one day.

      Thanks & year right now I'm having more fun with the boxing cardio sessions to gain greater & greater interest. But with time, as I get better at things in general, I notice I tend to become more strict & intentional with them. 💪

      🤣 I'm a morning & night person most days. And whenever I wake up tbh. Doesn't matter when. But I do prefer to do cardio after I've had some fruit & protein though. My recent go-to has been a banana & some eggs. Helps with energy & since I tend to eat a higher sodium meal for dinner, it helps me de-bloat a good amount when paired with enough water.

      I eat sugar everyday 🤣 Like daily my sugars be up there in the 80g's+. But I mainly get sugars with fruit though. Like bananas & apples. I stay lean though since I track everything. I have to stay away from the processed sugars though. I can tell my body hates those!

      Well you sound healthy af so thats good. As long as you got control around it, it's all good. My body is the same with processed sugar and carbs😂. Huge difference with and without lol.. human bodies are weird lol

      ngl I'm probably the healthiest I've ever been right now. I grew up fat so I never wanna be that again 🤣 but yeah they are. Like my body hates things like oreos (I can only eat like 5 before I start feeling weird) but I can eat icecream till I drop

      Thats really good, am glad to hear that. Must have been tough. I was short for a while growing up and then I grew a lot the last few years of puberty so I feel you in a way 😂

      Why is it suspicious 🤣 nah my teeth don't hurt much these days. When they do, it's only because of fast extreme changes in temperature. Specifically from hot to cold
