Working out tips?

I have started becoming consistent in the gym again. I go to the gym 3 days a week and mostly focus on glutes, abs, back, etc. I noticed that the first week, I was sore from my workouts. This week now I feel nothing. Did the same workout on Monday and no soreness. What do I need to modify? If you have tips for what workouts to do that would be a big help as well!!
