I go to the gym at least 3x a week. Have sex also at least 3x a week and I make sure to meet my daily steps goal. I always walk in place whenever there’s a commercial on TV, take the stairs instead of the elevator whenever I can and take the long way round whenever I go use the bathroom at work lol

I go to the campus athletic center a lot. Other than that, I have my bike on campus and walk to classes. It’s a huge campus too.

But if time is an issue which it is for most people, more walking, even a fifteen minute aerobics routine every morning would help, especially if someone hasn't been very active. Stretch all you can possibly stretch, doing splits at an office or bar job may be unacceptable but upper body stuff is pretty acceptable. And of course diet diet diet

- way more often than not, I do walk to places rather than drive to places, and that's something I do on a daily basis too... even if just a five minute walk, and as much as a 20 minute walk
- for the last four or five years, I've been working on my place's renovations, which... is an actual full body workout, that one replaces the gym perfectly for me, lol
- for most of the year, I am able to do sports out there on the fields... which is great for cardio and other kinds of workouts
- and also, on the daily basis, and mostly working from home office, I get to move around a whole lot, and I do remain sitting or still as little as possible, I probably walk around and inside my house than any other walk outside or fast-paced runs in sports, lmao11 Reply- 1 mo

I am quite fortunate to live near the coast, so I can either walk along the promenade or, for a bit more exercise, along the shoreline in dry or wet sand.
Apart from that, I lift weights 3 to 4 times a week. Nothing too extreme though. I find that swimming is a good overall way to keep in shape.
10 ReplyI like to cycle. Mostly gravel. Weekdays, I'll go out for an hour or so. Weekends I'll go for 4+ hour rides. I also got a power rack in the garage so I'll do deadlifts, squats, and bench casually. I did way more weight lifting in my early 20s. I love endurance training at this point in my life though. Feel so much healthier and leaner.

I run six days (five miles minimum), do abs six days, upper body at gym twice (Monday and Thursday), lower body at gym twice (Tuesday and Friday), Uechi-Ryu Karate once per week (Wednesday), and BJJ once per week (Saturday). Sundays off, unless the surf is really good.

I am always working in my garden daily, mowing the lawn, doing paid landscaping work and volunteer landscaping work for nonprofits and my brother. I bike some and do some weight lifting, stretching.

Everyday I have 8kg strapped to my chest most of the day, and in that time I’m dancing, squatting, walking, etc. Whenever that 8kg is not on my chest, it is in my hands being lifted, so my whole body gets worked out daily. Having a young baby is very physically demanding but hey, who needs a gym membership when you’ve got weight training each day lol, and said weight is gradually increasing every week 🥴

I train with a synpase CCR once a week for an hour. It takes me 3 days to recover and works the muscles concentrically, eccentrically and isometrically.

Walking, yardwork, sometimes I take an exercise class in the morning.
10 Reply I try to do a different type of workout every day, weights, resistance, running, swimming, jump rope, yoga, stepper. I find it works quite well, keeps me tight, toned and healthy.
