I workout every other day for a total of 5 workout days, then take 7 days off.

1/2 or 1-mile sprint or 1.5 or 3-mile run

none of the gym stuff... but I do sports weekly and that works just as well to stay fit and in shape
Most very day. And rotate routines. Took the last two days off, as just felt I needed to. Go by gut.

Normally I would prefer doing 4 or 5 days a week, but right now I'm doing a personal 100 day challenge with no rest days.
Alternating muscle groups of course.
It's been a lot of fun actually! 😁1. Run five miles in the morning six times.
2. Abs six times
3. Upper body twice (Mon, Thurs)
4. Lower body twice (Tues, Fri)
5. Uechi-Ryu on Wednesday
I take Sundays off.Daily, with cardio being 5x a week. Every other day I work on core and lift light weights.
I run 2-3 times a week a mile and a half. Anymore and my knees will swell all the way up hahaha and then I'm out hard-core limping and barely walking for 2 weeks straight
