Every single day.
I love being physical. It's addictive and I feel like garbage if I don't do something. I'm the type of guy that picks a hotel based on their gym.
mon, wedns, Friday - 2 hours of jiu jitsu
tues, thurs - weighted workout at the gym (no legs and no real routine; it's just a free workout to feel good). Typically 1-2 hours.
saturday- 90 minutes run of light zone 2 cardio or a longer 3hour hike with a 35lb vest if I'm feeling particularly good and the weather is nice.
Sunday - leg day and the only thing I don't particularly enjoy.
Oh, and a quick ab workout within 30minutes of waking up but it's quick- 3 plank variation to failure followed by one set of an ab roller till failure; maybe 10 minutes.
I don't, but I work in a shipping and receiving fir a sporting goods wholesaler. I'm always running around and picking boxes up. The main building is five floors, I stack boxes off of container trucks, hand truck them, and palletize orders all day.
Every day in 3 intervals.
In morning it's the leg time. Thighs and claves stretches and exercises.
In late afternoon (4 pm) it's abs and arms.
In night before sleeping it's shoulders and back (for a nice strech because I sit for 17 hours a day to study and it's necessary to stretch your back and shoulders) and abs
Everyday. Well not everyday, but have one break day so I don't stretch a muscle too hard. I have a goal in mind and i'm working on it everday for summer time. Then it'll be the days of flexing on big mary and michael eatin' at taco bell.

I lift weights maybe four days a week, and I play hockey six times a week over the course of four days, about 14 hours in total. That’s my cardio nowadays. So kind of a lot, all told, haha

Three Tim's a week. My job is fairly physical so I need some rest days and found a full body workout on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays works well for me and occasionally if I want a change I'll do push, legs, pull routine over the same days
Most weeks, I work out all seven days in the week. But I only do weights 3-4 times a week.
Its about how busy I am. Generally a 4-day split works for me but i keep being active in other days.
5 to 6 times a week, its just become a part of my lifestyle.
5 or 6. I have to remind myself that rest days are important to
Two or three times a week. Two of them are really tough workouts.
I go to the gym Monday to Thursday and have Friday to Sunday as rest days.
Generally depends on work, but minimum of 5 - 2 full body weight sessions, and at least 3 bjj classes, though more often I hit 5 bjj classes.
About half of the days I work out, but I want to do more.
