I go to the gym 5x a week.

I try to do some more direct ab work at home on weekends though, as I want more visible ab muscles - I do have some definition in the stomach area, but I don't really do any direct ab work in the gym.

6 days with a mandatory rest day. But I mix my workouts among body weight, lifting weights and bike rides.
