
How many times do you workout during the week?

Not so many times (maybe once lately) but when I do the earth shakes, the phoenix rises out of the ashes, I'm slinging the whole fucking world up in here, my body tears apart, and everything and everyone dies in a mountain of fire. That's how I stay fit without barely working out in my 40s! I just make it apocalyptic every time I do. Bones and flesh all torn apart as I see it: mine included.
My bis lately and it is not so good but I am a lazy man in his 40s:
That modest gain didn't come from curling all year round. I curled a few times a year. But when I'm curling I am ready to die to the curl. I'm curling the earth. I lift it and the whole fucking ground erupts in a fire while my arms are about to fall apart but that doesn't stop me because I'm pulling the entire earth's core into the heavens until it explodes. That's the lazy way to work out that I recommend a lot on here. You only have to do it a handful of times a year. But you're going harder than everyone; you have to be willing to die.
Back when I was more frequently working out, I preferred to work out every day. Just not the same muscle group, structure, style, intensity, (etc) every day.
Kept me motivated as well. Was excited to plan my routine out and everything. But now my situation is so chaotic that I can't maintain that type of lifestyle.
But even though I ordered two dozen Krispy Kreme donuts for myself yesterday & have already downed like 15 of them suckers, I plan on getting back to my old self soon
I do 5 days a week. I’m planning on doing it everyday. I love the gym and seeing my body change from my hard work
.. what about rest days?

I go to the gym 3 times a week and swimming once a week, I run probably 2 to 4 evenings a week around 2 to 4 miles, and I walk everywhere as I don't drive. Not long before my home gym will be finished.
I tend to run alternatives of 5km and 10km
and have a mini gym at home,
it’s too far to a decent gym from where I live.
bit do a lot of running and will be back to mountain biking.
Not really workout but long dance sessions as workout is boring for me haha. I do dance sessions 4 days a week.
I am about 4 to 5 times. Back in college I used to do two a day three times a week, so then it was about 6 to 9 times.
I do a yoga routine every morning and go to the gym two times a week
I perform some type of exercise routine on a daily basis.
I have been working out at home this winter and usually go 5 days a week.
I dont... if i do its a rare case n randomly at home... I've never been inside a gym even in my life
Every other day through spring, summer and winter until the winter blues got the best of me just a couple weeks ago so no times this week or last

About 0.25 times per week lmao. I am one of the lucky ones who just stays fit from general life
I like to stand fully naked in a gym so that the girls can practice some self defense on my male body such as slapping the ass, kicking the balls and penis LOL
