I think so.
Day typically starts between 3:30 and 4 AM, I get on the elliptical for 40 mins, do free weights for 30 and then run my property for 40 mins (roundtrip). I do that 3 times a week, sometimes I split them up depending on where I have to be for work in the morning.
If it's a day out in the field, I may hike anywhere from 3 to 10 km or more. I could also be swimming/SCUBA diving, hauling in traps or running seine nets to catch and identify fish or turtles for several hours. Lots of heavy lifting.
I typically end the day with a paddle on the bay (1.5 hr roundtrip the offshore islands) or mountain bike the trail into town which is about 8 km one way.
The past couple of weeks I've been getting wood ready for the winter. I have an outdoor wood furnace. I had 12 logs (beech, maple and oak) delivered and I cut up 7 more trees that went down on my property. I've cut them to 16-20 inch lengths with my chainsaws (32, 20 and 16 inch), used a maul to split the large diameter pieces, and piled the split/quartered pieces in cord lengths in my shed via wheelbarrow.
On the weekends, I help with renovations, so that means demoing a space, and then rebuilding it which can be a good workout. Last weekend is the first Saturday I've had off that I wasn't working a project.
I have a Sunday free this weekend and am heading out to plant a few hundred trees on a property owned by the local conservation authority. I hold a seat on Board of Directors.
That's my typical week, always something going on.

Probably I mean I work as a manual laborer for a living and on average lift and move by hand between 10,000-20,000 pounds through the course of a day, every day. And that's in addition to climbing buildings, bins, auguring out bins, cleaning bins.
So I'd like to think I get plenty of exercise every day but at the same time I've been doing this for four years so I'm pretty conditioned to it and it's nowhere near as tiring/exhausting as it was when I first started. So it's entirely possibly my body is to used to it.
I would like to think so, though I'm sure I could work on increasing the length I exercise and intensity level to help with fat and weight loss.
I currently exercise 5-6 days a week, every morning before I head to work. Usually anywhere from 30-60 minutes. Along with walking at work on my breaks as well :)
So I'm active, but not as active as I could be.
I do the Athlean-X programs so workout 5 days a week for about an hour at a good level of intensity. And I do abs every day and kickboxing twice a week and yoga three times a week. I’m short and busty so if I don’t keep lean I end up looking fat

good enough exercise, yes...
two or three times a week, doing outdoor sports here and there... that has been enough for me as of late... I've been into sports since I was age 6 or so lmao... so this is what I am used to
working around and building/fixing stuff is also part of what keeps me fit and in shape, even chasing the cats around... one way or another, I'll get my daily workout lolNo, I need to get back into the habit of running like I used to. I would say I do plenty of "cardio" (wink-wink) but genuinely it would be good if I spent time on neighborhood runs, yoga, and calisthenics again.
Yes but I have made plans to be reunited with my personal trainer who had been looking after me 10 years. It has been three years of nothing due to life and now it's time to kick it up a notch!
Definitely. Workout three days a week plus football twice a week. Probably get too much exercise haha
Nope. I'm training for a weighted ultra. I'd love to have a few more hours a week of cardio but work has been a MF lately.
Definitely not, especially not in the past month & a half. Flare ups with my health conditions have made me cancel my gym membership.
Honestly, I should exercise a lot more than I do these days.
Oh, most definitely. I walk or ride a bike back and forth to work, and I don't drive, either.
As of lately no, I reached a low point emotionally/mentally.
But normally yes, I go 5-6 days a week. But I haven’t stepped foot in the gym in over a month nowYes sometimes I workout to much and have to force myself to take rest days
Yes. I run 5 miles 6 days a week and do weights.
Definitely not. I go to the gym maybe once a week and I try to take a long walk on the weekends. I think I could do more to lose that pesky 5 pounds or even pack on 10 pounds of muscle.
Yes & no. The exercises I like to do most are the ones I have to be careful with the most since I'm recovering from rotator cuff injuries. But I do need to do more cardio.
Some weeks I over do it (this week), other weeks I don't get enough (wife traveling).
I balance my intake relative to my planned activities 😊Not as much as I used to. Since moving house last year, I feel like my life doesn't have much consistency anymore, tbh.
Yeahhh my brother wouldn't just spare me otherwise... he is freak
I've never though about that. I do skate and run . I started running again. I guys I do a lot.
Some days no I don't. It depends on the job I do. Some days my job is physically demanding, other days it's an easy day
Yes i do. I have a weird busy live with a variable schedule but I always make time for a workout one way or another. Its a priority.
No. I need to get back into it. But its hard trying to shuffle things around.
