I have exercise intolerance so I am not able to exercise.
I worked out 4 to 5 days a week until my doctor told me not to anymore because I have tumors in me and the one tumor is pushing into my lower back and spine causing my right leg to be in severe agony , so my doctor told me To not work out until I get my surgery squared away , the tumors aren’t cancerous which I am happy to hear that , but unfortunately they are growing and they have to be removed. Story of my life. Once this is squared away , I plan on working out again , of course they are dragging ass to get my surgery completed
I don't but I eat healthy organic food so it's good, I used to excevices everyday but I can't anymore because of pollen allergy, pollen give me nasal congestion and I cannot breath anymore if I go out (because there's pollen everywhere where I live).
pretty much. at your age... ahemmm... young age, all more importance to get good rest. I need at my age. exercise and staying healthy becomes full time job.

Seriously, I exercise a couple of times a week and leave the rest to walking up and down stairs.

Oh not everyday. I workout so hard that doing it everyday would seriously mess me up. Takes me on average 2.5days to recover with averaging 180g plus carbs per day. I burn through around 500-1000+cals worth of glycogen every session. But I do try to move around everyday. I do notice that keeping the muscles engaged increases blood flow to them & helps speed up recovery.
I aim for 7/7 but settle for having one day without.
It’s variety that I feel is important for me , from walking to strength training adding in some badminton and squash with a splash of cycling keeps me engaged.
No yesterday I walked 6.1 km and I played 2 hours of volleyball and today I walked to the store and back and did nothing all day :P I have to kinda manage my energy throughout the week. I wanna do as much as I can but sometimes I need rest.
I'm always doing something physical daily. Working in the garden, working outdoors in others' gardens... At least four or five days a week.

Would like to get to 5 days a week, but sometimes the workouts are so hard, it takes me a day to recover... My Yoga teacher is a Sadist, and I'm a Masochist
I have a six year old. That's 24 hours a day on mental gymnastics and 36 hours a day of making sure he's where he should be with what he's supposed to have.
Unless it's a busy day...
I workout Mondays to Thursdays to prepare for tournaments on Fridays and occasional competitions on Saturdays & Sundays.
Throughout my day I get enough exercise where I don’t have to exercise however I do lift weights but I don’t over do it.

Not every day. I miss days here and there, but I'm pretty consistent.
I think the collagen below my skin won't be more elastic and dense due spending hours daily on stair stepper. Good nutrition and low stress is more important than exercise.

almost. but you get better results with rest days. if you seriously work out every day you need a lot of supplements to not get injured or sickening fatigue.
